An earthy, grounding scent for meditation and deep sleep.

Cedarwood carries the scent of old forests and a quiet mind. Popular in meditation rituals, it helps with detoxification, stress and insomnia, and is also used against acne, dandruff and respiratory infections.

Volume: 10 ml, 50 ml and 200 ml (200 ml comes with a pump).
How to use: diffuser 3–8 drops • bath 3–8 drops mixed into milk or honey • massage 5–15 drops in 50 ml of carrier oil • skin care 1 drop.

Not for direct skin contact. Always dilute with a carrier oil before topical use.
