Sauna Essence 250ml NEPALESE MINT - GAIA SPA

Description: Wild Nepali mint has a strongly refreshing aroma and beneficial effects on the respiratory system and nasal passages when inhaled. In therapy, it is used for inhalation because it has a mild antiseptic (sterilizing) effect, works against colds and inflammation of the pharynx and bronchi.

Use: A water-based solution used to fragrance steam saunas, as well as dry saunas.

Dosage: The recommended dosage is 20-50ml of essence per 1L of water, however, sufficient fragrancing of the sauna is highly dependent on the type of fragrance and also on the size of the space that needs to be fragranced. Therefore, the actual ratio used to achieve the desired effect may vary.
