- Dilution: Always mix the essence with water according to the recommended ratio (e.g., 10 – 50 ml of essence per 1 liter of water).
- Application: Pour the prepared solution evenly onto the heated sauna stones using a sauna ladle.
⚠️ Warning: Never apply undiluted essence directly onto hot sauna stones!
