Sauna Essence 5L NEPALI MINT - GAIA SPA

Description: Wild Nepali mint has a strongly refreshing aroma and beneficial effects on the respiratory system and nasal passages during inhalation. In therapy, it is used for inhalation because it has a mild antiseptic (sterilizing) effect, works against colds, and inflammation of the pharynx and bronchi.

Use: A water-based solution used to scent steam saunas, as well as dry saunas.

Dosage: The recommended dosage is 20-50ml of essence per 1L of water, but sufficient sauna fragrancing is highly dependent on the type of scent and also on the size of the space to be fragranced. Therefore, the actual ratio needed to achieve the desired effect may vary.
