Less Stress combines balancing sage, fresh lemon and calming lavender into an uplifting blend. Fill your diffuser with it whenever you need to switch off and breathe in some calm.

Volume: 10 ml, 50 ml and 200 ml (200 ml comes with a pump).
How to use: diffuser 3–8 drops • bath 3–8 drops mixed into milk or honey • massage 5–15 drops in 50 ml of carrier oil • skin care 1 drop.

Not for direct skin contact. Always dilute with a carrier oil before topical use.
